Magic Roofing are seeking a driven, results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to create interest and set appointments for free.

Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
Speak expertly about roof damage from storm, hail, or wind
Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Present solutions for residential roofing projects
Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and customer outreach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Base pay of $500/week to cover transportation and other costs
Uncapped commission structure (top performers earn significantly above average)
