This 1-year onsite role offers hands-on experience in bioconjugation and protein-based projects alongside industry-leading scientists.

responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory activities supporting molecular profiling and bioconjugation workflows.
- Prepare solutions, buffers, reagents, and biological samples using precise pipetting techniques.
- Manage, track, and organize laboratory materials, inventory, and sample logistics.
- Maintain accurate, compliant experimental records using Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs).
- Analyze, summarize, and present research findings to cross-functional team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to lab safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, or a related field.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with proteins, biological samples, or cell cultures (academic, internship, or industry experience accepted).
- Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental laboratory techniques and scientific principles.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and a fast-learning mindset.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Cambridge, MA.
