Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Specialized In-Home Care Location: Spencer, IA Position Type: Part-Time / In-Home Care Shift Details: * Weekday Evenings: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2 hours per evening) * Weekends: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, every other Saturday & Sunday About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, one-on-one in-home care for a specific client. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, direct patient care with a predictable part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities * Provide individualized personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene). * Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning. * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. * Provide companion care and respectful, attentive support during visits. * Document client condition and report any changes to the care management team. Qualifications & Requirements * Certification: Active CNA state license/certification in good standing. * Experience: Previous experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred. * Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screen. * Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly dependable. * Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
